Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all guests staying at Eyri Farm Guesthouse (“Eyri Farm”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By making a reservation and/or staying with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Reservations & Booking

  • All reservations are made through our booking platform, GoDo, or by direct agreement with Eyri Farm Guesthouse.

  • A valid reservation is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation.

  • Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

2. Payment

  • Payment terms, including deposits and payment deadlines, are defined during the booking process via GoDo.

  • Eyri Farm Guesthouse does not store full payment card details.

  • All prices are shown in [ISK / EUR – adjust as needed] and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation & Changes

  • Cancellation and modification policies depend on the rate selected at the time of booking and are clearly stated during the booking process.

  • Cancellations or changes made outside the allowed period may result in a fee.

  • No-shows may be charged according to the selected booking terms.

4. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 15:00

  • Check-out: by 12:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.

5. House Rules

  • Eyri Farm Guesthouse is a non-smoking property unless clearly designated otherwise.

  • Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, and the property.

  • Pets are not allowed 

  • Any damage to rooms or property may be charged to the guest.

6. Use of Facilities

  • Guests use all facilities at their own risk.

  • Eyri Farm Guesthouse is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

  • Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

7. Liability

  • Eyri Farm Guesthouse is not liable for injuries, accidents, or illnesses occurring during the stay, except where required by law.

  • We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including weather conditions or force majeure.

8. Personal Data

  • Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Booking data processed via GoDo is subject to GoDo’s own data protection policies.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Eyri Farm Guesthouse reserves the right to refuse or terminate a stay if guests violate these Terms & Conditions or behave in a way that disrupts the safety or comfort of others.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Icelandic law. Any disputes shall be handled in Icelandic courts unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

Eyri Farm Guesthouse reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
